Walk for Wellness - Oct 9, 2026

Join me, a doctor of physical therapy, for a 60 minute guided walk starting at the Nickleplate Ampitheater then continue along the trail. During this time we will complete a warm up, walk, and a cool down as a group.

Bring a water and stable shoes for the occasion.
